I don't think there's a real answer for acne but, the big "but" acne isn't helped by high fat foods and, what are junk foods if not, high in fats?
McDonald's, and all the rest, what are they. High in fats aren't they?

We're on a white meat diet, fowl, fish and lots of green vegetables. We try for fresh vegetables in the Summer and when we can get them. My cholesterol dropped way down since I've been on this diet so, what does that tell me?

If washing well with warm soapy water, the right diet and help with both over the counter agents to aid your skin plus, what the doctor prescribes for you, then it's a matter of getting past the juvenile hormonal area.

i remember being on a site(i think it was the proactive site but im not sure) they were saying how there is not relationship between the food you eat and acne developing. But i am sure that if you eat good food such as lots of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water that it could defenitely help your skin

Not in all cases but if you think about it, a lot of “junk food” is really concentrated and it isn’t exactly the best thing for your body or skin.

yes
beauty comes from the inside
the food you put in your body often reflects on your face
but there are no rules
some ppl are really healthy and still get pimples
and others eat heaps of chocolate and have glowing skin

No. It all depends on how high the level of horomones is in the food. Horomones in the food will create plugs of oil and dirt on your skin. Try to choose things with less amounts of them, like instead of milk chocolate, try dark chocolate with 60% cocoa. Instead of chips, try baked kettle chips with sunflower oil. It's all about alternatives.

Maybe, maybe not, but you're likely to be morbidly obese, so people are going to shun you anyway.

Yes....The high fat content and lack of nutrients will create conditions good for acne to flourish.
