For the past two weeks I have had numbness and pain in my left leg and numbess in my left shoulder to the wrist. I also had a pain in my right leg. I had a deep tissue massage doen to my left leg, right leg and shoulder. While I am no longer experiencing pain, my left arm and sometime the left leg still have the tingly feeling. I feel fine and healthy otherwise, but I am curious to what's causing the tingling. I am also doing stretches, which helps somewhat.

I agree. A lot of people are afraid of deep tissue massages because they can be painful, especially if you have knots. But they do help! I could have been limping on my left side by now because the source of the pain was centered on my left glute muscle.
I can't afford to get my massages every week, but I may schedule another deep tissue two weeks from now. The tingling isn't as bad as it was niether, so I'll see how it goes.
Until then I will keep doing the stretches my father showed me. I am fortunate that he is a registered nurse. If I do need to see a physician or a chiropractor, I will ask his recommendations.

Also, I believe I found the culprit. I work in a restaurant and got gel insoles for my shoes. However, they wouldn't stay and would ride from the heel during my shifts (some are long). I believe that might have aggrivated the nerves on my left side. I'm either going to try to use soem ashesive to keep the insoles in place or get new ones. The local Meijer in town has a piece of equipment that you can use to find out what specific types of insoles works best with the shape of your feet.
