If you're looking for someone who fits all your requirement, then that will be very hard to do. Because find one is one thing, whether you can be with him or not is another. Do you see what a chance there is, that you can find a guy that fits your requirement to be Mr. Right, and at the same time wants to be with you too?
Pretty rare I'd say.

i'm pretty sure who you are supposed to be with is not on the other side of the world. they are hard to find but they are there somewhere
i'm a Christian so i know God has someone lined up for me...could be someone i'm yet to meet or could be someone i already know...only God knows.
