Lol! It is incredible: hundreds of channels and nothing I really want to watch!
You're not alone.

I was, till i sold it now i have more time to do more interesting things. And with viewing figures sliding ever downwards it is only a matter of time before advertise`s and sponsors leave TV. The TV we have at the moment is full of repeats and really it is such poor value for money, i wonder just why the viewer continues to put up with the poor service. Even the much heralded new Dr Who is getting less view`s now that when it was first transmitted.

I'm not bored with what they put on television as much as I am with what they RERUN! It gets annoying watching the same show, same episode everyday or every week. They need new shows and that's all I'm gonna even say about it before I start ranting!

Extremely. The standard of TV in the UK is the lowest ever and is still plummeting to the depths of utter crassness.
Patrick Moore was right when he said that the quality of TV has worsened because their are too many women involved. It's all cheap crap to help fill the bored drudges' minds, so no thought processes required.

Yes, too much Reality Telivision although the beeb do it well, Any Dream Will Do is brilliant, although the public should never have the casting vote as most of the time they vote for people because the judges have criticised them, yould think the judges would use reverse psychology wouldn't you? and too much Hospital Drama's, spin-offs asnd repeats of things like Frost and Midsomer Murders, I love Murder Mystries but can we have new ones? e.g. Betty Rowlands Mel Craig and Dorothy Simpson's Luke Thanet would be great on T.V.

I got bored with all that 20 years ago and dumped the service as what I was actually bothering to watch wasn't worthg the license fee.

Yes most soaps bore me rigid there are very few decent comedies or credible plots and when I try to watch to keep my wife company in the interests of domestic harmony I usually start to doze of after twenty minuets.

Only some shows. I still like watching family guy and the simpsons over and over again and lost. But most shows are either bad or have jumped the shark.

Yup, that is why Nick at Night and TV Land and Hallmark are about the only channels I watch anymore.
