I suspect Elric might have the answer. However, if not, do give us your VRN and when/where & we'll try to oblige you!

Lucky yes but does luck hold out ? The whole point of not speeding is you don't have time to react to say a child running out on the street or a car that just didn't see you. And if you wreck at that speed < heck a rock could tumble you > how long do you think it would take the E.M T's to peel you out ? Do us all a favor and go the speed limit .

Well brag about it! Seven miles might not be far enough. And when you get caught the police will give you and your car a ride to impound and Jail, or lockup. I prefer to do my highspeed runs at the local country club race track. Where all the cars most of the time are going the same direction. Fire suit helmet and gloves please take driving more seriously. Some time you just need speed but overtaking cars who's owners are not watching there mirrors can be deadly.

At just over 2 miles a minute you were driving for about 3.5 minutes which seemed like a long time and it was.

Unless you were driving a simulator, then it was boring.

If you like driving fast get a race car and get on the track to drive fast, you might actually have another birthday.

I like driving fast too but not at the risk of harming or worse killing innocent people. Get on the track and find out how slow you really are. We drive fast there.

It's only a matter of time, motorways are fitted with cameras that judge your average speed over a set distance and these schemes are spreading weekly.

But my view is - as long as you only kill yourself and don't injure anybody else, what's the problem?

You obviously don't have a partner or kids that would grow up without a dad or any family that would miss you so you go for it fella

I've driven a bit faster than that in the early hours on an empty motorway, so I've been there, done that and have the t-shirt. Nowadays, I'm quite happy to pootle along within the speed limit.

Actually I think your a bit of an idiot! you may be lucky enough to not to be caught(yet) but...... your the type of guy who will in the end have an accident thus ending either ending some one elses life through your stupidity and ignorance or ending your own life leaving your family distressed, so I wouldnt consider that lucky, just think about others on the road and not how fast you can take your car cos it may be some one else who l may loses control of their vechical and you will not be able to stop!!

Your living proof there is never a cop around when you need one.
In my youth I got stopped allot. I had a red 1966 mustang convertible. I put hooker headers , edlebrock intake, TRW 11.5/1 pistons and a .325 crane cam. This is pre NOX days of course.
Most of the time the officer would start with why he stopped me, i.e. turned to wide, didn't use my signal etc. then we would talk about the car. I never got a ticket either. Guess we were both lucky.
Enjoy it while it last.

"motorway" autobahn? If that's what it is, I don't think there
s a speed limit there.

However, if you're talking US highways, you're awful lucky. By the way, it also sounds like you're a bit proud of yourself for this one.

Is your name Robert Downey, Jr, Paris Hilton; or Mel Gibson?

Clearly you're too fast for the rozzers to keep up with. You're also a complete tw*t too because you are endangering the lives of other innocent motorists. Slow down, bfore you get killed or kill others.
Oh, and you will eventually get caught, and if you're doing over 100mph, you'll be banned.
