Last August I had my surgery and now my arm "clicks" when i raise it loud enough for other people to hear. The thought of having to go through it again has me wondering if anyone else has this problem, and did you go back to surgery or live with it? I am wondering if scar tissue isn't built up in there.

This is hard to say but, you should ask your doctor about arthritis and maybe your a good candidate for treatment so this doesn't bother you later in life, rather then wait before it's to late for treatment.
My orthopedic surgeon, I've had surgery many times for arthritis and this type of surgery, gave me this prescription, over the counter or from a health store.
It was, is, to late for me, my damage is permanent but, he said it would, could help with the pain and further build up of calcium and deposits.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate. Maybe it'll help you, maybe not. He said it helps some people, not all, it's better then nothing and I'll try it.

Your Dr should be able to talk with you about this. After surgery, your body will produce scar tissue. I had to have rotator cuff surgery to remove the scar tissue which prevented me from raising my arm higher than my shoulder. I was told that it would have to be repeated in 5 years but it's been 15 years now and works fine. I do yoga and maybe that helps.
There are some steps that your Dr can discuss with you that are short of surgery. One is cortisone injections into the site.

my brother has had this done and he just lived with it . He makes it okay . I would be weary of having too many surgeries cause sometimes things have a way of working themselves out . good luck dear and I hope you feel better soon .
