It can be read as Nimnim, Nimmin, Minmin or Minnim
Nimnim: left to right, Russian then Arabic
Nimmin: left to centre then right to centre, Russian then Arabic
Minmin: right to left, Arabic then Russian
Minnim: right to centre then left to centre, Arabic then Russian
Nim in Russian means 'by them,' Min in Russian doesn't mean anything.
Nim in Arabic means 'lie,' Min in Arabic means 'sleep' or 'slept'
So either your name means 'lie by them', 'sleep by them' or 'slept by them'
Or... if the Russian writing was a substitute for another language such as Persian, which the word nim means 'half' in, then the answer could be 'half asleep'
Just a stab in the dark though

It's half Russian and half something else
The Russian part (Ðим) I translated and got (It)
The other part can't be Arabic, cuz it's not a word. But I'm thinking it's اردÙ
Afghanistan maybe
