Hi, have a big Baier t.v, if say for example the I.T.N credits come on and the initials are big you can only see T.N.
there's no way to resize the pic via remote etc but there used to be (in the older t.v's) a couple of twisty screen adjusters on the back, do modern day t.v's have them on the inside now? or is there another way to do it?
cheeeeeeeeeeeeeers

Is the TV HD ready or 16:9 compatible? If so, there are settings in the user's menu to adjust the aspect ratio of the set. Usually giving selections for auto format, 4:3, 16:9 cinema, or wide, stretch, and so on. If it offers automatic aspect, that's the way to go. Sounds like it's in the "zoom" mode (if it's a 16:9 capable set). If it's not, there is likely some adjustments needed by a technician. The service menu will need to be accessed. I do not suggest the customer try to use the service menu, since there are several alignment settings that can really screw things up if maladjusted.

Looks like that your TV overscans more than necessary.

You should be able to adjust overscan in a factory menu. You may want to call a TV technician or try to find how to enter the factory menu in your TV.
