I'll choose beans than cheese (though it depends if it is low-fat). However, you'll get more nutrition in beans than cheese since it is a good source of protein and heavier- thus, making you feel full throughout the morning.

Cheese is a good source of calcium too but beans is best. It is low in GI than cheese. Better to snack that cheese or add them in your lunch or dinner.

Cheese for me. I'd never heard of beans on toast until I started reading YA. And I still have no idea how to make it.

but beans on toast with grated cheese on top,and under the grill is pretty scrummy!

erm.... cheese is the traditional better choice for toast but at this point they both sound good.

how about both of em together n turn that toast into a tortilla n we r in business :)

i guess u could put beans on the taost and then put cheese on it

i like both together,
toast with cornedbeef and beans on top and melted cheese on top of that, superb.
