Playing without proper stretching or warm up can injured you or maybe cause lower back pain.

I know this is reoccuring but do you know whats the best way to relieve it.

I have this problem. I do 90 degree stretches in te morning and when sitting on a couch, use your hands and arc your back up, like pointing your pelvis in the air. It is a good stretch, it helps a lot. Hope this helps you.

Take two alive every 8 hours for straight 5 days!

Stretching anytime. Ibuprofen, tylenol, or other pain reliever.
