That's roughly 3.3% monthly interest.
The APR is calculated as (1 + (3.3 / 100)) ^ 12 which gives 47.6%.
The monthly repayment works out at just over £167 per month.
Not a good deal. Total repayment is just over £8,000.

PLEASE don't do it .. you are already on the road to financial ruin and this is just one more BIG step towards disaster ..
What on earth makes you think that you will EVER be able to find the £8,000 later in order to get the £4,000 now ??
Of course you can't ... soon you will be committing to £16,000 in order to pay back the £8,000 ....
For gods sake work it out ... it's not impossible to save £4,000 over 3 years ... but who can find £8,000 by 'cutting down' on their outgoings ??? .. soon you will be Bankrupt ...

That's loan-shark rates.
You'll be paying over 12,000 pounds interest.
You don't need ANYTHING that badly.
