Vita-Mind would also help you
http://www.marketamerica.com/blittrean/index.cfm?action=shopping.uoProduct&storeID=8&prodID=13160
the key ingrediants are
Ginkgo biloba, gotu kola, korean and sibrian ginseng, vitamins C, B12 and folic acid.

If you really wish to find out what whould be the best natural supplements for you, I would recommend you take a free questionnaire called the Nutri-Physical and get a report of what would personally be the best supplement for you, or you could get a custom supplement made for you.

The Nutri-Physical can be taken at

After you take the Nutri-Physical you will have the option to either view supplements already made that suit you or you will be able to check a custom cocktail and view what you need specifically; and have one made for you.

Hope this helps

Back Flower (in the form of the product "Rescue Remedy") is something a friend of mine has been using for years to treat anxiety & insomnia. I've used it a few times & found the effects very soothing, and experienced no side effects.

In addition to supplements:
meditation (takes practice, but is effective even before it's mastered) coupled with deep diaphrymatic breathing (breathing with the belly, not up into your chest) self massage or massage therapy. The point in the belly of your flesh in your hand inbetween your thumb & forefinger is a natural relaxation reflex point.
These are all things which have no negative side effects.

You're going to hate hearing this and not want to believe it, but no pill truly works for breast enlargement. If you could make your breasts larger by just taking a pill then the plastic surgery industry wouldn't be as lucrative as it is today. To the answerer that said exercise (or excise, I'm assuming she meant exercise) she is way off base. Breast tissue is fat, and there are no muscles in the breasts. Exercising will only help to reduce the breasts size by potentially reducing the amount of fat in them. (Ever seen a female body builder? Those women have less than 10% bodyfat and NO boobs whatsoever.) There is no medicine, pill, or exercise that will increase breast size. I would suggest purchasing a wonder bra or other padded bra and being happy with your natural chest size, because the only alternative is plastic surgery. Women don't need large boobs to be beautiful anyway.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life
