i think i might have breast cancer...?

i have a pimple near my nipples..it looks light a pimple..but when i take a closer look..there's something white in it..it looks like a whitehead..n beside my nipples..it looks like the skin is pealing off..it hurts when i accidently touch it...i think i might have breast cancer..im 16 years old...pls help??..how do u know if u have breast cancer??...im scare to tell my parents about it..because they will get angry...they spend lots of money on my braces..n im affraid that they will nag when they found out that i have breast cancer..pls..help me..

there's nothing wrong with my left breast..only my right...

n i notice that the skin on my nipples is pealing off..n it looks like a cut...
