I can't get to your picture but bushy hair isn't good if you want an emo hairstyle! How long is your hair anyway? Straightening it will make it appear longer.
Get lots of layers on the front of your face (maybe a swept fringe that covers one eye) and leave it long in the back.
Dye your hair (if it's not black or blonde or red) blonde with black or red lowlights or black with blonde or red highlights. Or just have it red or blonde or black. Browns aren't really emo, they're too girly.
Everything i suggested damages your hair so be absolutely sure you want an emo hairstyle. Not everyone looks good with an emo hairstyle, so ask your hairdresser what she thinks. Thinner people normally look better with one (not suggesting you should go anorexic!). And you also need the clothes and the makeup to complete the emo look!

Here are some pics:

I don't suggest you getting an emo hairstyle cause not many people will take you seriously.

... ok. well, in our school long hair for boys are sooo not allowed so we thought of short cut and long bangs to the front and when the teacher is there, they put the bangs on the side of the ear or gel it up to seem short.

Jet black hair. I have actually dark brown hair and I consider dark hair looks better. I avoid really like blonde hair.

i always thought the point of calling people emo was because it was an insult. is this like the way black people use ***** and gay people call each other silly fa g?

btw your myspace is set to private so its no help

I personally think 'emo hair' is dumb.

and your profile is set to private so no one can actually see that picture.
