Colchicine for pain relieve, also corticosteroids are preferred, nsaids don't have affect after sometime.Best is allopurinol, allomarox(combined effect), ketazon.
Basically we start with pain relieving, then allopurinol, then physiotherapy, dosage, selection of medicines, all depend on the stage of the disease and the reason why uric acid is high.

Allopurinol and probenecid are used to lower uric acid levels along with the anti inflammatory agents mentioned.
