The ONLY chemical reason I could see that this might even work is if the, ahem, material in question is acidic, since many cleansers actually strip the natural acid protection, or acid "mantle" as it's called, off the skin. Any pure product that restores this balance would be preferable to the waste from the body.

Alpha-hydoxy acids in skin products actually help renew the skin and clear the dead skin cells associated with acne, as well as provide the acidic environment for the skin.

Additionally, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients in skin products help with the bacteria and redness.

Good Luck... :)

Try this instead!!! PLEASE!!!! Do Not Put Blood on your face!

All natural mask for oily skin=

1 mashed avocado
2 tbsp juice from a lime
1 tbsp honey

***Mix well and apply as mask. Let dry and rinse off.***

Avocado is also used traditionally to heal skin problems. The pulp is also believed to be both anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.

The therapeutic properties of lime in skincare are astringent, anti-scorbutic, antiseptic, antiviral, bactericidal, disinfectant, restorative and tonic.

Really, there is no simpler way to bring a smooth glow to your skin than with honey beauty recipes. Honey’s ability to absorb and retain moisture make it an ideal ingredient in a lot of cosmetics as it helps keep skin hydrated and fresh and prevents drying. It is known that ancient beauties regularly applied a mixture of honey and milk to the face to keep the skin young-looking, radiant, and smooth.

You will need the honey as balance. You want your skin to have a glow without being oily. You also don't want a dried out face!

This all natural mask also has a cooling effect to it... Very soothing. It also smells delicious!! Relax and enjoy the benefits of nature! Good luck...I know you will enjoy!

OMG no, do not even try this. Someone's telling you wrong, Just get a light cleanser and a good acne cream. I know that some birthcontrol pills clear up acne. I took desogen and there's another one can't remember the name but it helped clear up my skin. Blood does that even make any sense.

No not true. I know it sounds just as gross as period blood on acne but if its bad you can try (i know i know it sounds gross) peeing on a face cloth only works with the first pee of the day and put it on your face and can help to dry up acne. My friends dermatologist told him to do it and it works

No, honey. It doesn't. I don't think you would want to smear blood all over your face. There are always other options like masks and your own skin care regime :)

Um, ew. That's disgusting, and unsanitary. Just get a good cleanser, and you'll be fine.
