What are you, on crack? Paris Hilton broke the law and is being appropriately punished for it. She does not deserve any special treatment just because she has money or cries alot.

What would you expect the judge to do had this been you? Would you expect special treatment?

Oh, you need to find a life. Paris Hilton is a spoiled brat who thinks she's above everyone else. Her mother laughing at the concept of her daughter going to jail shows the attitude Paris has. That she's above others. Well, now she got a reality check. If you or I got arrested for the same offense I know I would lose my job, probably my house and then have difficulty finding work after getting out of jail. Paris will go back to being a "celebrity" and people like you will make her more rich by watching her movies and tv shows.More power to that judge for not being intimidated by the rich and famous.

She did the crime, now she needs to do the time. No judge would let me go home from jail if I cried while in jail.

Court of LAW, not court of highest bidder.

It is about time she started to GROW UP. She needs her money taken from her and forced to work for a living.

God knows what He is talking about when He says that if a person doesn't work they don't EAT. The same should be said for drinking, drug use, and sex videos.

Isn't it demonic to say that money talks. If it talks it is demonic. Let me ask you this question, what happens the next time when she runs over someone, maybe your child, spouse or parents. I would be willing to bet you would think she needed to stay behind bars.

Being a primadonna is not a medical condition. Way to go judge, restores faith in justice system. Who-ah!!!!!!!!

BTW I am curious as to what she did for the sheriff for him to decide he was a judge. We already know what she is like. She has always used sex as a tool, she probably though she could do it again. My next question, knowing how she is, would anyone take the chance at what they could catch.

Also, a little time in jail may do her some good. Get the dope out of her system, give her time to think. She would also have access to food, she needs to eat. Extasy is not a dietary supplement.

The judge did what needed to be done. Paris Hilton broke the law and violated her probation and she should have gone to jail. The Sheriff should not have went behind the judges back and imposed his own sentence. It's her name that's causing the ruckus. Every day Jill Doe wouldn't even get a mention if something like this happened to her. I don't understand why a persons celebrity status is supposed to make them above everyone else! You do the crime you take the punishment! PERIOD!!! I applaud the Judge.

How much is she paying you to kiss her butt? If you had been pulled over TWICE for driving under the influence and then for driving on a suspended license, don't you think YOU'd do some jail time? Why shouldn't she? The little weasel tried to blame her publicist, who fell on his sword for her.

After having her sentence cut in half, and being allowed to stay in a "celebrities only" block, she STILL couldn't cut the mustard and whined her way out of it. Thank the Great Punta the judge put her skinny heinie back in the klink.

What a whiny little spoiled brat. Her only concern is boredom. She has no worries. She'll do her time and emerge a millionaire and go back to her fluffy, little, rich life. If you or I had to do 23 days in jail, we'd lose our jobs, and we wouldn't have a private chauffeur to drive us around, because of our suspended licenses, and we wouldn't have millions of dollars in the bank, and we wouldn't have a guaranteed book deal waiting.

She has no sense of reality or responsibility. Make her do her time. She should also be restrained from financially profiting from it, as well.

Sorry ? You what ?
The judge has sent her back to jail to complete the term she was sentence to for a SECOND offence.
FIRST she was caught DRUNK DRIVING then later DRIVING WITH NO LICENCE, and waas sentenced to 45 days in jail.

If that had been someone without her Daddy's millions would there be any doubt she'd have served the term ? NO,.

Just because she is a rich spoiled brat why should it excuse her for paying for her crime ? maybe this might teach her a little about "real life" where you have to OBEY the law of face the penalties.

What this judge did was fair and compliant. Maybe if you knew a little about the judge, you wouldn't be so quick... to judge.

Maybe, if you knew the circumstances behind his decision, you would be shaming not him but Sheriff Baca, who instigated the release of Hilton.

This was a grave travesty on the justice system and she shouldn't have been given preferential treatment. In fact, I applaud the judge for doing what was right.

Yes. Let's hope the judge pays. People are jealous of Paris, and God is with her.

It is justice. She deserves to do her whole sentence. She is no better than the rest of us. Just because she has a famous name and face (which she did nothing special to earn) doesn't mean she is above the law and justice shouldn't be served.

Get the drunk off the highways and behind bars where she can't kill some innocent while she is driving drunk out of her mind and when caught still driving on a suspended license. She could have killed one of your loved ones, then you would be saying keep the sot behind bars.

Way to go judge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, she really should be allowed to continue driving without a license and while under the influence of various substances...
I wonder how can God allow Judges to apply the law....
