Drunken Master Fight

Drunken Master (Just like everyone else said) is a movie staring Jackie Chan.
They style of fighting shown in the movie is called "Zui Quan" which rougly translates to drunken fist/kung fu/boxing. It is one of the oddest forms of fighting, but can be effective in the right hands.
There are two major styles of it:
Contemporary- This is the style where the movements are really exaggerated. It is said that you can't use this in self-defense as well as the next style I will mention, but their are some practical techniques. It has a more acrobatic flow to it.
Traditonal- This is style that is said to be useful in self-defense situations. Though not as acrobatic, it still comes with sweeps, falls, and staggering to add to the confusion.
There are also other styles of Kung fu that emphasize drunken as one of many forms like drunken monkey, drunken Choy Lay Fut, and there are also weapon styles like drunken stick, and drunken sword.
Deception is the key to Drunken Kung Fu. Your opponent is suppose to be caught off guard and confused from the staggering and fludity of your half-drunken style movements. Originally in China you would actually take sips between attacks (You would go with a partner that would watch the fight, and pour your alcohol).
There are many stories (Such as "The Eight Immortals) as to where Drunken Kung Fu comes from. The problem is, many historians think that the style is "virtually" fake. It will take me too long to get into that, but I've practiced it in the past, and I don't know what's so fake about (Other than my fake state of half-intoxication [Because I did it while I was sober because I was 15-16 at the time, and now I'm 19] :P).
So to answer your question: Drunken Kung Fu is a martial arts style.

Well I've seen a lot of drunken fighters fight, but I still have to personally see a drunken master fight : P Besides, over here in our part of the world, a drunken master is someone who can drink a whole truckload of booze and still remain standing while the rest of us are already down and wasted.

Drunken Fighting is a "Quan" of Shaolin Kung Fu. I've only seen one Form used, but maybe someone who's into Shaolin knows of many... Quan are like karate Kata, in that they contain a specific way to approach a fight. Each Quan is different. (Also spelled Chuan) The Drunken "Master" Chuan is based on deception, avoidance and appearing less than you are so your opponent underestimates your abilities.

YES.

The drunken master or 'the drunken monk' is a real kung fu style which originated at the Shaolin Temple.

Similar to its name, the Drunken Monk is noted for its staggering footwork, swaying upper body, and unusual hand techniques - it's effectiveness is in its unorthodox techniques.

The Drunken Style is indeed a real martial art. However, many people say they have perfected it but still get whooped in a real fight. Its real but not a real good idea to learn it for self-defense

Drunken fighting is a legitimate fighting style......but you'd probably get liver cancer/disease from practicing too much.

I believe the fighter/master uses the alcohol to stay in "the zone" without the use/need of serious mental training. I am no expert, though.

Drunken boxing is a real fight style. This style was invented someone in Chinese (I don't know his name in English). You don't have to drunk when you training or using this fight style. You have to act like you drunk but your mind is still clear. You just act like you drunk because you try to lure your opponent into your trap.
