It depends on what kind of scars that you have. There are different remedies for different kinds of scars. Lemon juice can fade scars greatly. Lemon juice is a natural bleach. Before you go to bed, liberally apply lemon juice on your scars. Within days to weeks (within a month you should see results) you wil notice a HUGE difference. I se this method everyday for a beauty aid. You can research the benefits of lemon juice all over the internet. As already mentioned, Mederma is a great remedy for scars and can be found at your local drug store. I have used mederma for minimal scrapes on my knee and it worked so well it was unbelievable. Your results would be even better if you tried both!
Trust me.
I hope you take my advice sugar.
Keep me updated :)
You're beautiful girl. But you won't find that out until you feel that way.

treatments
There are also a number of gel sheets available which are usually made from silicone, which can help to flatten and soften raised scars if worn regularly. Silicone, pressure, occlusion, topical cortisone and vitamin E have all been shown to decrease the collagen that forms scars. Patches and pads help but are unsightly so people tend to quit. A popular treatment among plastic surgeons is Scar fade, a silicone gel that improves the appearance of scars and prevents abnormal or excessive scar formation. Also chemical peels performed by a dermatologist using glycol acid can be used to minimize acne scarring.

I would like to say thank you for asking this question because I too am having a hard time to get rid of scars on my face...
They are improving, I've been using that St.Ives lotion with Vitamin E and it works well on new scabs on face to where it will heal like I never had a cut there...
But the scars that I have are driving me nuts...
I'll be watching this question to see if any new ideas comes up...

Depending on the type of scar, lemon juice is a good safe natural bleach. Mederma is also very well received. I believe that even Band Aid Brand has scar reduction products.
You can also try asking your doctor or dermatologist for recommendations. No charge for phone questions!
