as a doctor my agony; why a fack docto has 10 times more patient than me?

as a doctor i am practicing for more than five years and as per my personal data, my treatment efficiency is more than 95%; and my fee is also less so that any one can afford, but still i am crying for patients whereas a fake doctor have ten times patient more than me. is it my luck or there is any shortfall within me? can any one guide me
