1] Does it hurt more when you move, and less when you are still?
2] Any dizziness, nausea, or sweating with it?
3] Have you pulled or overexercised any muscles?
4] Have you ever had indigestion?
If the answer to questions 1&2 is yes, go to the doctor, NOW.
Even at 21, with no history, it IS possible to have heart disease.
If #3 is yes, take a motrin, and put on a cold compress.
If # 4 is yes, take an antacid.

how silly.... you cannot tell somebody that chestpain is northing to worry about at 15, 21, or 101 yrs of age. if its lasting more than 10 minutes i would take an antiacid ON THE WAY to the doctors or EMERGENCY ROOM. even better get someone to drive YOU to the emergency room.
dont risk it.
