I have hard and calloused feet from dancing and being barefoot alot(i also sswim) and really dont like the look of them. I have tried many many store creams and cant afford to go to the salon alot.I also have tried filing them down,and it just comes back in a couple days.any good home remidies?

Try to use miho medicated bath salt (shampoo size - 550g) to do a good scrub for your foot. Before that, apply some lotion as the bath salt is in powder form. You can also soak your legs in warm water pouring a reasonable of the bath salt to soften the skin before you do the scrub.

The texture of the miho bath salt is very fine and you can even use it to do a face scrub. You will love it after trying it.

Lavender oil soaks. Pour a little lavender oil in a foot bath a soaking pan ( like one of those $1.00 plastic wash-sinks) with very warm water, soak away. Feels great. Take the tootsies out once the water coold, dry your feet well, Apply some good lotion and slip on a pair of fresh socks lines with a little foot or bath powder. Feels great. put apple cider vinegar in a bsain then di your feet for 30 minutes. then wash it after.

Any oils are great for dry skin
