never seems to blink, except when you break eye contact first. What does that mean?

I think hes trying to not be mean lol. that's what I some times do so they wont think that I'm mad at them. I hardly do that now. I mean come on every one needs to blink so their eyes wont dry out.

lol he's very attentive? lol no he's probably trying really hard to focus on you/give you all of his attention. (maybe he got introuble with someone over not keeping eye contact) He also could've beens tudying ur eyes/face. Take it as a complement but call the cops if it gets beyond creepyu...like "hello clorise" creepy. hope this helped

I would have to say, he rarely blinks...
Don't look at his eyes... You should look at the entire face to see if he is interested or not... The expression is more accurate than just the eyes, despite them being mirrors to one's soul...

I feel it's just coincidence.. he must be nervous. Was this the 1st time that he met you? If so then watch his behavior the next few times that he meets you. Also see if he behaves similarly with other girls... Then you'll really know if he's nervous or he likes you or he's plain weird.

he's got psycho eyes
maybe he is trying to penetrate your mind by staring deeply into your eyes-could some type of a predator-sociopath??-that is one of the signs

either he is mesmerized by you or he is concentrating on something else or he is asleep or he finds your conversation absolutely fascinating.
