my back looks like crap. What can I do to tone it up and strenghten it?

Upper back (Lats): Chin-up's, Lat pulldown, Rows

Lower Back: Hyperextensions, Good mornings, Deadlifts.

Remember to give your chest muscles equal exercie to avoid imbalances. Pay strict attention to form and avoid heavy weights until form is mastered.

Do the "daed lift" it works your lower back, mine looks pretty cool. And do "bent row pullovers" they work the middle of your uppr back, and thats pretty cool to when you flex. Can I have ten points please?
