I'd really love to say good bye to Xyz, because she's helped me with so many wonderful answers over this last year. But I'm concerned I'll get reported for chatting. Is there a way to legitimately Xyz, such a wonderful person, without getting reported for chatting?"
Of course, if you did that now, you'd get reported for chatting. So I'm pretty sure you can't manage it.
