Physically: She has to be be in shape, I really like long black hair and beautiful eyes is a bonus and tan skin.
Mentally: She got to know who she is and what she wants to do with her life or have an idea, basically have some goals, I like a girl who can push me to do better.

depends on the girl, I believe certain girls have different qualities that i find attractive, As a broad statement I would say her bum and eyes are the two most appealing physical characteristic"s that i find appealing but again, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" as they say..
Attitude is also very appealing, I love girls/women as they are good fun and i find them to be better company than males as they are not into "macho" crap like guy"s and they tend to be more intelligent for it..

well for starters, big boobs, pretty face, nice tush and butt, good figure are NOT requirements although they would help. the girl's attitude, sense of humor, intelligence are complemented by her physical looks. look at paris hilton, very pretty but shallow, arrogant, selfish, conceited, air head. her attitude takes away from her looks. being yourself will make you stand out in a crowd.

Sincerity, Fidelity, Intelligence. Looks aren't too important because they disappear with age... However, they happen to be the primary lure in the beginning.

That she can hold a conversation and likes to just be her. I don't like makeup on her 100% of the time. She has to be happy with who she is.
