These two scriptures state water baptism saves you. If one rejects it,they are coming against God's will (plan) for their lives. They are actually doing their souls disservice, allowing
their decision to put a curse on them. Water baptism is how the actual Blood of Jesus is applied using the singular name.
John 3:5 Jesus stated you cannot get into heaven without water baptism and be filled with his Spirit. Every human being has to do it his way. Any other way is in vain. Our God will not Bless it.

"John 3:5 Jesus stated you cannot get into heaven without water baptism and be filled with his Spirit."

No that's not what I read there:
John 3:5 Jesus stated you cannot get into heaven without water baptism and be filled with his Spirit.

Haven't you ever heard an expectant mother say, " My water broke"? It's been around sometime. It does not mean that you HAVE the recieve a Baptism by water!

Mark16:16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

I wonder why you assume that it means baptism by water?

1 Peter 3
21and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

I think that you completely skip the meaning of the word, " symbolizes". What's it symbolizing? What but the Spirit of God? Water does not save you, the Spirit of God is promised to use as we trust in God through Jesus Chrst. The Holy Spirit was promised to us by god to come to dwell in us. This is really pretty basic stuff!

Mar 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned.
Here it says he who does not believe will be condemned, not he who believes but is not baptized....
And the 1 Peter 3:21 reference is speaking of how God saved eight souls in the ark (through water) verse 20
1Pe 3:21 which figure now also saves us, baptism; not a putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, by the resurrection of Jesus Christ;

It isn't saying baptism saves us, we do it out of a good conscience toward God (obedience) BY the resurrection. It is belief in the resurrection that saves us.
Don't forget Luke 23:40-43. That man was never baptized, yet Christ said he would be with him in Paradise that day.

Well, wasn't circumcision treated the same way when someone converted to Judaism in the Old Testament? The two went together. In the New Testament, salvation and the same covenant (different administration) also go together and are tied so closely that they are mentioned as they are in Mark 16:16 and 1 Peter 3:21.

Good point... even Christ was baptised by John

John 3:5
Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
