like, i had one earlier today editing songs, cutting out parts, making special effects and such, but then i figured that i cannot save it unless i have bought the program, and i dont want that, i just want to do it free, do you know of any system/programs?

not Audacity! you cant do hardly anything with it and its so old fashion

Audacity. It's free, open source, multitrack, etc. etc.
No timesync though, (for that you'd have to go with Ardour and have a Linux or Mac machine). But it's fine for pretty much anything but professional quality studio work.
