well the best thing to do would be to just lift weights.
start out at one weight and increase that.
also stuff like push ups and pull ups.
but make sure you rest and drink lots of water!

You can't. It's not possible. It takes a minimum of 6-8 weeks for a noticible change in strength through lifting weights.

The only thing you can make strong in a week or so is

2] bad breath
...unless, of course, you are bitten by a radioactive spider...
