Sometimes I have the same problem...usually when I have a lot of time at home, I wash my face so its clean and then put an excessive amount of lotion on face (cetaphil)..and then wait 30-45 minutes and then re wash my face...you can repeat this if necessary..works for me!

Wash your face as usual. Exfoliate with this mixture. Take about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, add enough drops of olive oil to form enough of a paste so it will stick to your face. Then just lightly massage your entire face. Just rinse off. The remaining olive oil will get absorbed, and will not clog your pores. It leaves your face amazingly smooth and soft. Now remember, peeling is your skin repairing itself because it was damaged. It is going to go through the process no matter what you do. However, if you do this every other night, it will help get rid your dead skin cells quicker, and leave your face glowing. I've used this for years, and always get lots of compliments on my skin. Good luck!

Moisturize-the dead skin will come off on its own-don't mes with it other than that. I can leave marks if you mess with it.
