Romans used to find likeness/ attributes/ similarities within the nation they would conquer so they used to associate/ rename the Gods of others by naming them names of their own Gods.....
So, everyone would try and get along I guess....
Similarities between Greek and Roman Gods (and names) are striking, but if you do the research they are not really the same.

Probably not - the Romans were incredibly tolerant towards other deities....an aspect not shared by the newly formed Christians in the empire.

I don't think so. The roman gods were more tolerating than the sky daddy yahweh.

No, Because Roman gods all ruled over something different.
You had the god of war, the god of beauty the god of sex, So they all had there own little section.
