Over the course of my life...things have happened that make me wonder about 'signs' of something. Doesn't neccesarily mean God or Heaven....just 'something', perhaps destiny and fate.
Well, a couple of years ago, my stepmother gave me a Gone With The Wind watch that played Tara's theme. She told me that once the battery in it is dead, it can't be replaced.
Well, she passed away this year from cancer. But the watch also died. The hands don't tick anymore, though the song still plays but very distorted.
Coincidence? Or something else?
(please no mean answers honestly...it's not even been 2 months since she passed away so I'm being serious about this and not poking any fun, please be serious in return.)

I think everyone for not being mean about it :) but also honest.
I'm not sure if the battery can or can't be replaced, I never had it verfied. I never wore it while it worked cause it was black leather and gold and the song button is easily pushed lol.

We have a tendency to assign causation to correlations when none exists.
So my guess is the latter.

It's very significant. You had and have very strong emotional ties to the watch. The energies from your love for your stepmother are in the watch. The 2 are connected and they both stopped together. I've seen it happen before and it's nothing to fear. Keep the watch always. There's a lot of love there. Peace and love.

Watch batteries can last a couple of years. They don't go dead all at once -- their energy will fade out. Eventually Tara's Theme will play no more.
Have you TRIED to get the battery replaced?

Does make you think.........
I would try to take it to a watchmaker and see if he can fix it
Most any old watch can be replaced with parts
I know how you feel my Mom has been gone 3 months and I miss her so much................
Maybe a sign to you, find out and pray for guidance
I am sorry for your lose, and happy for Heavens gain
She is safe in the arms of Jesus now
The clock maybe a sign that you need to be more sensitive to God
Love and prayers always

I believe that the energy of the electric and electronic things we carry regularly, or wear are directly related to the energies within our own bodies. Have you ever met someone who has to charge their cell phones twice as often as other people? If she was ill for a while, maybe you were stressed over her condition and were taking the extra energy you needed from the watch. Just a thought.

If the watch stopped at exactly the time she died, that would be something. But if it just stopped sometime around when she died, then it's just a coincidence.
Actually it's a coincidence either way but I'm trying to be nice due to the recent loss of your stepmother. :-)

Hello Adeline your stepmother is just letting you know she is fine now. All her pain is gone I get the feeling she was very proud of you. You can always say a prayer for her at night before you go to sleep, that would help her.

Hmm... interesting. Very interesting. Have you gone to get it checked out or try to get the battery replaced? (Not trying to be mean, just curious)

theres no Coincidence. You have a path, we all have a path, whether Christian, Jew or Muslim or atheist. These things come about to remind us that life exists on the other side and that you are correctly on your path, at your time and she went at her time, and to let you know that she is still around.
