Life after death..yes. Spirits..also yes...but I am not sure if you are talking about ghosts or spirits that may enter people at times.

Sorry, that only exists in the movies, or in fiction, or in fictional movies. To quote the great philosopher Howard Stern...
"Here's what happens when you die -- you sit in a box and get eaten by worms. I promise you that when you die, nothing cool happens."
That said, assuming you were a believer and believed that everybody ever living went to either heaven or hell, we're talking about two very crowded places, teeming with 106 billion* 'souls'. Not the place you'd want to go if you were say claustrophobic, or simply needed your own space without 50 billion other souls breathing down your neck. And God forbid (oops) you were Photophobia (afraid of the light).

I need evidence to support my views.
There is no evidence in life after death (not likely considering the physical degradation of the body and the source of consciousness in the human brain).
Nor is there evidence for spirits.

Yes I do, Jesus loves you and does not want anyone to perish. THat is the reason he died to save humanity from sin. He promise eternal life to all who belive and accept him as the savior. you must also repent of your sins and follow his teachings in order to be saved and escape the damnation of hell.
As far as spirit, the devils does exist, people have sent many spells to my parents but with God's power, we overcomed everything. I am famialiar with vodoo and it is serious devil thing, so if you want to be saved you must accept Christ, repent of your sin and follow his teachings.

In nature, nothing ever ends - it only changes. I can't imagine it would be any different for humans.
