I was noticing that Emergencee seems eggy like egg whites....would egg whites seal the cuticle much like this exspensive reconstructor? What do you think?

Yes - the protein from the egg whites can help condition your hair but most people prefer to use the richer yolk.

This hair mask recipe incorporates egg yolk & a few other natural ingredients:

Shiny Soft Hair Treatment
In a small bowl, mash and combine: 1 avocado (1/2 for shorter hair)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Apply to hair and allow to remain 30 minutes or longer, then shampoo and condition as usual.

yes. egg white is a protein enrich substance which is good for the hair nails and skin. it works the same way providing you are going to use some moisuriser along with it

try cold water after you rinse the conditioner out of your hair and don't use a comb on wet hair...
