Is it possible to blind someone by shining the Light into their eyes?

Where do you shine your light, as to not blind another?

(Spiritually speaking...)

"When the sun shines, it shines without any discrimination; it shines on every point of the country, every nook and corner. WE should be like that."

It is not only possible to blind someone by shining the Light into their eyes, but also to leave them permanently blind too.
Looking at nature we can see that the sun which is the cause of all existing things, rises *gradually* in the morning, increasing progressively it's light and heat until it reaches it's zenith at noon.
It then shines with maximum force and intensity. But all nature is now accustomed to it's heat and can not only bear it but also benefit from it.
If the full intensity of that heat had reached nature right from the start, all living things would have perished.

Where do I shine my light into another ? From my soul to theirs. The place where the higher selfs " communicate " and connect.

Can any be " blinded " by this ? No...if anything their " eyes " are opened more . . . even if simply a hairline of Light it taken in...the other is " awakened " more. Some " seeds " take root long before it's seen outwardly by others.

Spiritually speaking and from a Buddhist perspective, there is no 'Light' per se....rather there is Wisdom born of Practise which guides our Actions due to our thought process being changed by Mindfulness and therefore our Actions being guided by Mindfulness.

It is a Practise, so that mistakes can be made and should be learned from....

Wisdom is not automatic and this is particularly why the steps should be small and our attitudes should be humble..with a willingness to accept and encourage criticism...

Peace from a buddhist....

you can do that many different ways, just simply follow the teachings Christ. spirituality speaking you should try to keep your body as pure as possible because it the temple of the holy spirit, so no fornication. Basically is to follow all the teachings, you can shine your light when you experience peer pressure. If your friends are doing some thing bad such smoking, involve in strip clubs you should not be involve in these things because it is simply not pure, because Christ the holy spirit cannot be present when you do such thing. If you don't your friends will know that you don;t involve in such things, so you have been a good example.

The longer someone has been in the dark, the more readily he or she will see the light, even if it is oblique and shining on something else altogether.

I don't shine it. Jesus does through the Holy Spirit. When the light hits it will either convict you or you will rejoice in it.
