If you are determined to find it then I'm sure you'll come up with something in the Bible that can be made to sound like it. That's how passages like the one in Ezekiel about the King of Tyre end up being interpreted as being about Satan - just ignore a few verses here and there and it all seems to work.
On the one hand, I'd certainly encourage you to use online searchable Bibles - preferably one in modern English, which has changed a bit since 1611. On the other hand, seeking VERSES is not going to give you an accurate perception of the meaning of anything in the Bible. That's why there's the old saying, "A text taken out of context can become a pretext..."

There is nothing in the Bible (KJV or otherwise) about either.
You might be thinking of Ezekiel 28.13. Some people interpret the King of Tyre in Ezekiel 28 to be an allegory of Satan, and there are some odd Hebrew words in there that some translations (including the KJV) translate as "pipes" and "tabrets" (tambourines), but that is about as close as you are going to get to anything saying Satan played music.

The cosmic was begun when Lucifer rebel against God, and was cast down on earth that was before God put order or restore the earth and put Adam and eve into it, even though the devil did had access to heaven until Christ gain victory on the cross now he is bound to this earth (can't go in heaven any more)

I have never seen a verse saying that Satan was anything to do with music.
There are 2 OT passages that describe him and his fall:
Ezekiel 28:13-19 and Isaiah 14:12-14.

It doesn't say that. Here's the verse from which that doctrine has been extracted without good exegesis.
Ezekiel 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets (tōp) and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. 14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
tōp̱: I. A masculine noun referring to a tambourine. It refers to a small, shallow, single-headed hand drum, also called a timbrel. It may have jingles around the rim, played by shaking it and/or striking it with the knuckles (Gen_31:27). Miriam used this instrument to lead the women in a song of praise to the Lord for deliverance at the Red Sea. The King James Version renders this word as tabrets in Eze_28:13.
II. A masculine noun referring to the setting for a jewel. It refers to the tiny sockets, their arrangements, and the precious jewels placed into them by a jeweler (Eze_28:13; KJV, tabrets).

Why do you think it says that somewhere in the bible?
It seems weird to me that it would, seeing as how many churches has "ministers of music". If satan had been a Master of music, I hardly think the church would want something like that as part of their ministry.
I'm glad I'm an atheist.

I know LDS/Mormons believe that Satan was cast out of Heaven after a war, they also read the KJV so maybe they might know.

in the Mythology stories that founded the ones Christianity stole from
the mystic religions that were cults then evolved over time like a giant sponge and pulled a lot of dogma and doctrine into it and then was edited out by man/authorities who could kill for heresy

You won't find it because it is not there. And even if it was, why should the devil have all the good music?
