i have problem im onjly 12 lol but still for somerteason i dotn really wel i dont like any fruits
adn the only vegy i liek is peas and when ever i try to try soemthing i get nervous and scared and i dotn know y like if you like hamburers or hot dogs i say i will try it but when it coems to try it i get scared plzz help

You seem to have a form of OCD. My cousin had it and he was absolutely terrified of strawberries! He couldn't be in the same room with strawberries without having a panic attack. I would suggest going to a psychiatrist to try to work on your issues. Whatever stress you are feeling is manifesting in other things (in your case food). It's not the end of the world..you just need some help. And please seek it.

Your life is going to be very short and overloaded with ill health unless you change your eating habits.
You are going to be suffering from severe malnutrition and a very weak immune system.
Yoy must eat plenty of vegies and fruit to get all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs and you need a lot of variety as well. Hamburgers, hot dogs and peas and not much else is a perfect recipe for a very short and unhealthy life. Doctors actually love people like you because it keeps them busy and thickens their wallets.
For heaven's sake wake up to yourself and stop this self destructing lifestyle.
If you want to really destroy yourself then you can enhance your self destructing lifestyle by smoking, boozing and drugs.
Perhaps a silly young boy or girl like yourself is already doing that. It is not that uncommon these days.
The only reason that I have answered your question is the fact that you are seeking advice and help.
Perhaps seeking advice and help is the only smart thing you have done for a long time.
Sorry to be so blunt but sometimes hometruths need to be told and sometimes that approach is effective and actually works because it literally sobers a person up.
I won't comment on your spelling and very poor writing skills because other people in preceeding answers have already made sufficient adverse comments on those problems. Please try to concentrate at school to overcome those problems which can be a severe handicap in the rest of your hopefully not so short life.
There is a saying that every man is the architect of his own fortune which basically means that what you get out of life very much depends or certainly to a large extent depends on what you put into it.

They keep mentioning your typing because it is nearly impossible to read what you write due to all the mistakes. Typing legibly will not only make it easier to communicate, but it will make you more respectable.
Sounds like you're just very picky. If it interferes to the point that you lose weight, seek therapy. Otherwise, just close your eyes, plug your nose, and swallow.

Remember that we eat to stay alive, we don't live to eat. You have to eat foods that will keep your body healthy and functioning right. I choke when I eat and then my stomach hurts for long periods after I eat, so I can understand a person being hesitant to eat, but you have to try. Good Luck!

hey listen dude i'm almost 12 and i have that same problem and i gag when i eat something i'm afraid to eat but what you could do is blend thing and just choke it down or just grab it and eat it and by the way yoouve got nothing too worry about when it comes too hotdogs and hamburgers!

lol thats normal. im 16 and i still have the same problems as you. but for me, i get all nervous when it comes to eating Lima Beans. YUCK!
but you gotta keep in mind, that if you start with bad eating habits when you're younger, they will follow you as you get older. its good to eat friuts and veggies to keep your body healthy. hamburgers and hot dogs dont give you all the nutrients that you need.
if you're nervous about eating friuts and veggies.. and find at least one of them that you like. for me, i love pears, but i dont like any other fruits. and veggies... well i think theyre all nasty.
if you find something healthy that you like, start eating it.
just try to trick yourself into thinking its something else.

hold your nose and try a bite!Usually when you hold your nose you can't taste the food! Don't be scared.......fruits are good! try pineapple,or grapes, as for vegetables, try broccoli with melted cheese on top!

just don't think about food about 5 min thinking without food your stomach wont feel hungry anymore i always use this to burn fat!
