Depending on your state laws, you most likely will need a place of business, and a storage area. Check with your state's DMV for the requirements of your state.

You wont need a lot to wholesale, but remember to wholesale you are not allowed to sell cars to the public. If you want to seel to the public thats when you need a lot and a retail license. Good luck

Well it used to be all u had to do was get the license. That was about 5 years ago it may be a little harder now. Google car dealer license maybe?. Goodluck
