what is meant by "cold meat", is this undercooked or in the refrigerator, or not cooked @ all?

I consider cold meat to be like a previously cooked chicken. Like leftover turkey for a sandwich.

cold meat or cold cuts as known more are the cured meats such as ham, Salomi, bologna and sausages. there are many more as well.

Meats that are already cooked and do not need to be heated or cooked before eating.

Yes it is cold meat, deli sandwich meat (sliced ham, turkey, salami, bologna etc for sandwiches ..some ppl call it cold meat some call it sandwich meat some call it deli meat* :)
