2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
1 Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. 16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, 17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Revelation 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. 6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

I am going to give you the condensed version- besides I am not an authority on the issue...
Christ's second coming is immenent (it could happen at any time) He will not actually come TO earth He will come in the clouds and Michael the arch angel will blow a trumpet and those who are "in Christ" (saved believers) will meet Him in the air and He will bring them to Heaven.
On earth- there will be 7 years of tribulation, ruled by the anti-christ and the beast and the false prophet. The Holy Spirit will be gone, taken with the believers.
In heaven- there will be judgment of the believers- not for their sins because their sins have been forgiven and paid for by Christ. It will be a judgment on the work they have done for Christ while they lived. Those really done for self will be burned up and useless, those done for the Lord will come through like precious stones.
After the 7 years of tribulation the Lord will return to earth with His army and defeat the army of the anti christ and etc.
Once the battle of Armeggedon is over God will judge the unsaved and they and the devil and the antichrist and etc. will be cast into the lake of fire.
This is taking too long to explain but it is all in the book of Revelation if you want the rest of the story.

Second Coming of Christ
by Gertrude Battle (Used by permission)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
l. Definite Promise of Christ's Return
A. Is there a definite promise that Christ will return to this earth? John 14:1-3
If I go... I will come again.
B. How did Christ ascend to heaven? Acts 1:9 ; Psa. 104:3
A cloud of angels escorted Him back to heaven.
II. This Same Jesus Shall Return in the Same Manner
A. Will Jesus return in the same manner as He went up into heaven? Acts 1:10,11
This same Jesus will return in the same manner in which He ascended.
B. What does `this same Jesus' mean? Luke 24:36-43
He will still have the nail prints in His hands and feet. He will have a real, physical, body. He ate with His disciples and remained with them forty days before returning to heaven.
C. What does `in like manner' mean? Matt. 24:30 ; Matt. 25:31 ; Rev. 5:11
All the holy angels will accompany Him. It will look like a great white cloud.
D. How else will His coming be manifested? Matt. 24:30
With power and great glory.
E. What will the angels do? Matt. 24:31
They will gather His people from all over the earth.
F. Will His coming be visible to all? Rev.1:7 ; Matt.24:27
Yes. `Every eye' shall see Him.
III. Righteous Resurrected
A. What will take place when Jesus comes? I Thess. 4:16,17
The righteous dead will be resurrected first and the righteous living will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.
IV. Two Classes of People
A. How many classes of people will there be on the earth at that time? Rev.6:15-17; Isa.25:9
Two--the unprepared and the faithful ones. The first class will not be looking for Him. In contrast to the wicked, God's people will be looking for Him and will be prepared, even though they, too, will not know the day nor the hour. The coming of Christ might be likened to a mother looking for her baby. She does not know the day nor the hour it might be born, but she is prepared for it and welcomes that time.
V. The Blessed Hope
A. Why have all these things (entire Bible) been written? Rom.15:4
To give His people hope.
B. What is this hope? Titus 2:11-l3
It is the `blessed hope' in the soon return of our Lord and Saviour. This has been the hope of God's people down through the ages, for even Enoch, the seventh after Adam, prophecied of this hope in Jude 1:14.
VI. Preparation for His Return
A. If we have this hope, what will we naturally do? I John 3:3
We will want to be clean and prepared to meet Him. When we are expecting special company, we want everything nice and clean.
B. How can we be sure that we are ready to meet Him? I John 2:28
By abiding in Him; then we will not be ashamed to meet Him.

Most of what you will read about the end times are pre-millennial views: the view that Christ's return will usher in a future millennium of Messianic rule mentioned in the book of Revelation before the final judgment. The believers of this doctrine also hold to the notion of a Rapture of the righteous beforehand.
Then there are mixtures involving the views of the seven year tribulation and whether it is happening now, occurs later, etc.
1. Amillennialists believe that God's promises regarding the end times are figurative and will not be literally fulfilled, particularly the 1000 year reign of Jesus Christ on the earth.
2. Pre-millennialists believe that Jesus Christ will return to the earth prior to His literal reign on the earth for 1000 years. Three groups of pre-millennialists include the following:
3. Post-tribulationists believe that the rapture will not occur until the end of the seven year tribulation, just prior to the beginning of the millennial kingdom.
4. Mid-tribulationists believe that the rapture will occur three and one half years into the tribulation, at beginning of the three and one half year great tribulation.
5. Pre-tribulationists believe that the rapture will occur prior to the seven year tribulation, but not necessarily immediately before the tribulation.
These doctrines all fall under the general heading known as the study of end times, or eschatology.
For explanations of the various eschatological beliefs see: http://www.religioustolerance.org/millenni.htm

When the nations gather together to make war with him, as they are today, he will appear in the clouds on a white horse, and all the armies of heaven following him. The dead in Christ shall rise and we which remain at his coming shall rise to meet him in the air. Then he shall consume that Wicked with the spirit of his mouth and destroy with the brightness of his coming. That is to say, he will destroy the Beast, all those who have rejected the hearing of him. The earth will melt with a fervent heat and he will create a new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

The second coming is shortly after the tribulation period, when He comes and and sets up His Kingdom, here on Earth for a thousand years. Prior to His second coming, He will come to the clouds ( that is, not all the way to Earth), and He will call up His Church, the dead, in Christ will rise first, then, those that are alive, ( in Christ), will go up, and they all will meet Christ in the air.

That is a really big question for this forum.
I think that you are asking about pre millennialism.
There are many things that are to happen. Wars and rumors of wars. Severe weather changes. Abundant sin. Persecution of Christians. Many who call themselves Jesus and say that they are the messiah.
The rapture of the remnant.
A great war, and 7 years of tribulation.
The appearance of Christ. A thousand year reign.
Judgment day.
I believe in post millennialism. I am sorry that I cannot give you a more detailed description of the interpretation of the word that you asked for.

That is a question that is impossible to answer accurately because the answer would have to be based on the book of Revelation. This book is very difficult to interpret and although many have done an interpretation, many others have done different interpretations of it. The best explanation of what will come that requires little interpretation is found in the 24th Chapter of Matthew. Even it however does not give the details you are seeking. Sorry...but you are going to have to wait....with the rest of us. God Bless.

Ever because of the fact the dying, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ, human beings have puzzled whilst he's going to return lower back and make the international a extra perfect place. And yet, he hasn't decrease back yet finally he will. And plenty o human beings have tried making predictions of his 2nd coming yet not one of the predictions have come genuine. that is purely as much as God the father. i've got seen a great form of apocalyptic video clips approximately his 2nd coming and the tip of days. Like Left in the back of, Apocalypse sequence. those video clips are not meant for gentle hearted entertainment yet as a reminder to all people genuine believers in Christ. If Jesus Christ is relatively coming, i'm hoping and pray that i'm waiting for it. yet purely time will tell whilst it does ensue.

The second coming of Christ is here and now for some, even before the transition commonly known as death, in the appearance of understanding.
