He loves parties, clubs and meeting new people, she loves quiet walks in the park, movies, theater and museums. Neither feels comfortable in the other's comfort zone; can it work?

My husband is an extrovert, and I am very much the introvert. Sometimes it's hard, like if we go to dinner and he ends up sparking a conversation with the table next to us...I usually want to crawl under the table! But I just smile and do my best to get over it, we've been together for 9 years and still going strong, so I guess it can work=) at least for us.

Oh yea it can work.

I'm a total extrovert... i love parties and being with tons of new people and my fiance is a good old country boy. Loves outdoors and hates parties... can't be in crowds.

We found a happy medium for us both and have worked on that. Eventually a little of the other rubs off on you. He's become a little more outgoing and i've kinda tamed myself down a little.

As long as the introvert isn't the jealous type who will freak every time the extrovert wants to go to those parties or be with friends, things will work out fine. You just have to trust each other.

Good Luck!

yes it can work :) i'm sure the girl can go party/club hopping with him sometimes and the guy can go have a quiet walks at the park and watch a movie or two with her.

As long as those two loves eachother they'll put some effort into eachother's intrests :)

It can work if each of you is willing to compromise and sometimes do what interests the other person. If you have a lot in common in other areas, get along well, have an open line of communication and compromise , it can work. It will take work on both people's part.

Best combination, it is like plus and minus in electricity, two different things. Perhaps 2 introverts may not go along though, it'll be way too quiet in the area :-)
