does any body know a hopefully free program that can tell you what a blocked number is or atleast one that can tell you the owner a number..im asking this because im getting a lot of prank calls very late like around 1 and 2 in the morning..........

Do you mean if you have a phone number you want to know whose it is, that’s called reverse number lookup Google it and you’ll get good answers.
If the number is blocked, tell the police you are getting multiple threatening calls.
Then inform the caller that you've done this and ask them to call you from their cell, prison cell that is

Report it to the phone company. They can deal with it much better than you can, and it'll be legal, too.

Report this to your telephone company, they will trace the calls and stop it permanently.

i dont think you can if they block it, but you should take your phones off if this happens a lot
