All the abortions, murders, mass killings, wars, why would anyone believe their own life is special, when so many lives are wasted and destroyed daily?

every morning I wake up I know I am special and I know there is no one else like me anywhere in the world and I know I can help people.
Yes many will die but I can try to save as many as I come in contact with. I have already saved a few like many other people.
Life is about living not dying it is how you live that makes you special. Eventually I'll die and no longer be special.

It is the people who do not think of themselves as special who try to do something about that stuff. It is exactly because they are not special and realize that it could just as easily be themselves getting shafted that makes them into activists. People who think they are special commit atrocities.

We are all special simply because we are so much more than a body. I'm sorry if you think that the death of the body is the end of a life. That's really sad. I hope you come to a better understanding before you die; it might make your passing easier.

I agree that no one human is more important or valuable than another;
however, most of us do have characteristics that endear us to others in our lives, so they think that we are special, just as there are people in our lives that seem unique and are precious to us.
