Yes.

Many manufacturers sell US-built cars in the UK.
Examples include the BMW X5, Z3 and Z4, the Mercedes-Benz M-, GL- and R-Classes, some Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep models (although some are from Mexico and some from Austria) and some Cadillac models (the BLS comes from Sweden, but the other models come from the USA).

Depends wildly - First consideration is that you will not be allowed onto motorways with a L-hand wheel (as anyone would know, reading the sign as they get on the motorway...*rolls eyes*)

The second consideration is that not all US vehicles will meet Carbon Emmission Standards. They are fish for feul.

Finally, US Vehicles can and tend to be built WIDE - and would not fit inside the lanes of some third class and inner-city roads (try parallel Parking a V8 pickup truck in Dublin, for example - its not going to happen).

Thats really all I know.

Most vehicles can be refitted to meet UK standards afaik but I wouldnt know HOW exactly.

End answer: not all cars are EU certified, and conversely some cars are not USA certified ( I heard a rumour that the stock Nissan Skyline is not Street Legal in USA )

An example of a pre-certified UK vehicle may be (I think) a L-Hand Ford Mustang.

yes... if the proper conversions are done.

GM, Ford and Chrysler have been selling cars in Europe for over 50 years.

Yes. You'll just have a hard time passing on two lane roads because you can't see oncoming traffic.

I don't know. The other day, I saw this guy driving a Toyota Supra with the steering wheel on the right side, but he was driving in our lane!

I don't see why you shouldn't as long as you obey the rules of the road according to the English rules.
