If this is true and you are not trying to be funny, your cat is impacted and needs to go to the bathroom very badly. She needs an emergency vet right now. Even humans can die when they get impacted.

Are you sure you dont mean four inches? If so, your cat is stopped up,seriously. Are you sure it isnt the vagina? Is she a female? Maybe she's giving birth.?
