Particularly positions of considerable power, do you think it affects the experience you have in the people of that country who witness to you or others. In other words: do you think the faith base of the party in power affects how people handle themselves as a whole either in public or in private?
Or if you are of the same faith as the person in office, does the thought that they are in a position of power change the way you witness? In other words: does the faith base of the party in power affect the way you handle yourself in your witness?

Not really. I'm a Bible guy. Period. I am not influenced by things outside of Biblical truth and the knowledge filtered through the Holy Spirit. If we have a Christian president then great. A Mormon? Great. A Muslim then Awesome! I will still be Biblically based and praising Jesus for them.

We call religion a World View because it changes how we view the world. It is really important to take religion into account when voting a leader for that reason. I live in America and the religion of my leader doesn't affect the way that I believe or practice but it can infiltrate my life. Stupid stem cell ban, etc

No. But I live in the USA. In some other countries, it would be suicide to witness of a faith other than that of those in power.
