bad. its better to stuff yourself with somewhat healthy stuff then not eat, and eat like one unhealthy meal. All the food you eat (especially if you eat healthy) boosts your metobolism

Girl, you aren't fat. You are absolutly fine, just your normal meals. If you really are worried about your weight try working out or join a sport. At 14 you really shouldn't be worrying about your weight, you are still growing and when you get taller everything will even out. Don't starve yourself, if you do your body will start eating itself (like literally) It'll eat all your muscles and fat which isn't good. Not eating also slows down your metabolism (NOT GOOD) because when you start eating again your body won't metabolize the foods and liquids as fast thus adding a great and unhealthy amount of weight on your body. Thats pretty much what'll happen if you stop eating, its not pretty. Eat healthy and take multivitamins. Thats all you need to do! Good luck babe (:

Authentic Chinese food is not fattening.
It has nothing to do with drinking water & milk.
The oil, fat & starch are the problems.
Choose lots of vegetables, especially steamed.
Go easy on the rice, steamed not fried.
Stick to the simple meats, like chicken or beef.
Avoid the heavily breaded, deep fried things.

Chinese food can be good; like vegetable lo mein. It's not good to skip meals tho. Make sure you have a healthy breakfast and lunch; it's important for your overall well-being.

chinese food still is very greasy and unhealthy even with vegetables. eat healthy food in small portions every few hours and exercise for about a half hour to an hour every day if you want to be healthy.
