Well, if you are worried he might try to hurt you in some way file an incident report with the police department. Even if he hasn't done anything yet to you, if he does something worse later than at least there will be a prior record of his harassment and that will help if you need to get a restraining order. Definitely involve the police if you are worried, they won't go talk to him unless they think his behavior so far is serious enough. Always try to have written documentation on these type of issues, that way you are protected if he trys to do anything to you. As far as signs go, telling you you are his ----- is totally harassment, but you never know how far he will take this so be careful. Show him you won't tolerate being bullied, don't just skate around the harassment by telling him you have a boyfriend. Tell him if he doesn't leave you alone he will understand the true meaning of being manipulated, with your foot up his a**.

Call the Local PD, No one is going to laugh at you. This guy sounds like a nut case and you will have to deal with it sooner or later, unless you start documenting each time he harasses you and report it to the police he probably won't leave you alone. Call them ASAP.

It is completely clear that you need to involve the authorities on this. The man sounds borderline stalker. Don't avoid calling in the cops just because you fear they will laugh.

Definitely call the police, get a restraining order against him. You sound young, where are your parents? Can they help you? He knows he's intimidating you, he knows your scared and he likes it. Don't let him know you are scared and threaten him with legal action.

the cops will most likely not laugh at you. if this is getting to be a serious problem, you should contact some kind of local authority. they are professionals, and it is their job to protect people. good luck, i hope this helps.

the police do not laugh at situations like that or take it lightly. they are well aware of creepy stuff like that as they need to know when to intervene regarding stalkers and dangerous guys. contact them. they will know what to do. let the guy see how his behavior is bothering you. That will only prove that he is accomplishing one of the things he set out to accomplish, that is... to get under your skin.

best thing is to go on line and google 'harassment'---the sites you find there will tell you what to do.
If it's THAT bad, maybe you SHOULD call the cops.

If he is really, really bothering you. You can get a restraining order put on him. It might take some work, but you'll be safe.
