Does that automatically make them Christians? Is it enough to say you're a Christian to also be one?

If I tell people I am royalty of royal blood line is it enough for someone to believe me even if its not true?

I don't know what a Nominal Christian is. A true Christian is one who follows the teachings and commandments of the New Testament. No more and no less.

it's true that to be "born again" is to be "Christian" I believe you are asking about one's sincerety in their belief and love of the Lord.
In my opinion, a "nominal" Christian is one who says "I attend a Church", "I love the Lord", "I say my prayers", "I'm not a bad person" etc, but lives their life in the opposite fashion. To attend church every Sunday and not LIVE the word of the Lord is nominal at best. To say a few rote prayers for show, and not have a PERSONAL relationship with the Lord Jesus is nominal.
To say "I'm a good person" and yet lie to your coworker, gossip, manipulate, etc is being a nominal Christian.
These persons, in my opinion, will have a difficult time indeed when they face the Lord at judgment. People who profess Christianity and live their lives (and witness!!) in this manner are in desparate need of a wake up call.

Christan's are united through their Baptism in Christ in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Christan's are always Christan's after Baptism. Same as if you had sex, created a baby, and the baby died ... you are still a Dad.

"Christan" doesn't guarantee that the Holy Spirit is living in them. It doesn't gurantee that they're 'demon' free; demon's were mental illness + other things. As Christians we look to Christ for salvation (here & in the after life). We are all called to be Saints, however, not all acheive this. Yet, we're all working with our free will towards God's plan. God's plan may be days, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries, or milliniums in the making ... in which case, we might not always see the finished picture in our life time; but rather in the after life with glorified bodies (hopefully).

As for your being royal blood ... you already confessed that it's not true.

Saying one is a Christian is akin to saying one is a Briton or American or Canadian.

What exactly does that mean.

If you don't like hamburgers, Budweiser, Baseball, Apple Pie and you voted for Ralph Nader does that mean you're not an American.

Nominal Christians are people who claim to be Christians when, in fact, they are not.

You are justified by your faith and not of your works! Anybody out there can be saved by faith, if they have ears to hear the word of God. In our church which is non denominational, we have a couple of people that were born into the Jewish religion but they are one of God's sheep who have ears to hear the word of God! God is in the process of bringing his sheep back together and it is not a specific religion. www.mylordmysavior.com

Real Christians have been born again.

Just because someone claims to be a Christian, that does not mean they are.

Jesus warned us about this in advance.
