You do lose all your baby teeth. You do have your first molars, also known as your six year molars, that come out at about age six, but those are your permanent teeth. Those you don't lose. That is your only set of those. Along with the rest of your molars. Third molars or wisdom teeth usually need to come out if you have them because there is no room for them to come out. I am not sure if that is what you are talking about.

Depending on how old you are, you might have to lose your baby teeth. Usually adult teeth come out after, unless they are missing. But that shows on the panoramic x-ray that your dentist has taken, so you can discuss that with him. http://www.studiodentaire.com/en/treatments/orthodontics.php

In some rare cases, if there is no room available at all in your mouth, the dentist or orthodontist might have to extract 4 bicuspids during the orthodontic treatment. http://www.studiodentaire.com/en/conditions/malocclusion.php
